Photographs of the choir may be taken periodically which will include your image.

to give you general information about the choir, sending out details about forthcoming events run by us or other members, emailing members about Choir trips;
to notify you about changes to our service;
Internal record keeping;
to ensure that content from our site is presented in the most effective manner for you and for your computer;
to reclaim gift aid each year

in order to promote the Choir’s activities

We will hold your information for as long as you are a member of the Choir and/or for as long as you wish to remain on our mailing list (until such time as you unsubscribe from receiving the information).
